Row Plate Loaded uses independent diverging arms to isolate each side of the body, helping correct imbalances while building thickness through the mid and upper back.

The iso-lateral design ensures both arms move independently, preventing one side from compensating for the other. In the starting position, the handles are positioned closer together and naturally separate as you pull toward the torso. This diverging motion follows a strong anatomical pulling path, encouraging deeper scapular retraction and improved contraction through the lats, rhomboids, and rear delts.

High density PU leather cushions provide stable chest support, allowing users to focus entirely on controlled pulling without excess body movement. Six integrated weight horns keep plates organized and accessible, reducing downtime between sets and maintaining a clean training environment.
