The French Fitness Monster Lat Pulldown / Low Row combines two powerful upper and lower body exercises into a single station. Users can quickly transition from sitting lat pulldowns and tricep pushdowns to a low row by just changing their body position. The frame is built with sturdy 75 x 75 x 3mm gauge steel tubing for years of use. It's also pin-loaded which allows you to switch between weight increments in a breeze. The weight selector pin is attached to the weight stack via a flexible, coated coil and magnetically locks into place to prevent pin loss. The floating pulley assembly has also been upgraded with a lightweight UHMW cover that helps eliminate any edges that could damage the cable. The roller pads is fully adjustable with a simple pull-pin system to accommodate users of all sizes. The seat pad provides comfort and solid support while working out. Diamond-plate footplate provides a stable foot support. Made of the same military specifications as aircraft cable with a nylon jacket for increased flexibility and durability.
